Albemarle is one of the world’s leading providers of lithium, bromine, and other essential elements that are used in a wide range of applications, from EVs to fire safety, to life-saving medicines and more. In collaboration with our partner, MGX we crafted a new global website platform capable of presenting this complex but critically important story.
With an efficient but comprehensive approach – including a full content audit, communications, UX and design strategy – we were able to produce both a new US and global website platform in months, not years. The new platform presents Albemarle as a global innovator, working every day to build a more resilient world with critical, responsibly produced elements that are transforming global mobility, energy, connectivity and health.
We conducted user experience research across four personas covering 19 types of visitors.
The results informed a digital roadmap, content framework, content model, operational content needs, and KPIs.
